Brian A. Rector

Brian A. Rector has been an Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser since 2017. He has completed over 1,000 residential appraisals. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Brian worked as an Accounting Associate at the University of Illinois Housing Department. Over the last ten years, Brian has also invested in real estate in Champaign County, including single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties.

Brian focuses on single-family and commercial real estate appraisal and currently is working towards becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
